We aim to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. This can mean a same day service, however, some jobs may be delayed due to material availability.

As the client, the choice is yours, however, Summit Maintenance Group can source all materials at competitive trade discounts.
Do I need to be home when the work is done?
This is up to the discretion of the client. We will discuss the job requirements on initial consultation and negotiate access that is appropriate and acceptable to the client.
Do you dispose of waste materials?
We dispose of all waste material as standard practice. This could include wheelie bins or larger skip bins.
